On our watch.
Some of the biggest ambitions we have taken on. The problem we found underneath each one, what we owned, and where it stands.

Millions a year going out in ghost rentals. The government could not see its own property.
What we ownedA government that knows what it owns, what it rents and what it pays, across more than twenty ministries.
The teams looking after government property worked across several systems and several ways of doing things, some on computers and some on paper. Leases kept running after the tenant had left. Rent kept going out for empty buildings: ghost rentals, millions a year. The systems already in place were made to store records, so they never caught it.
We were in the room from the first conversation, and we found the real problem: the way the work was done, more than the records. We defined a property system that changed the work itself. Wet signatures became e-signatures. Scanning and copying letters became agentic email that reads the correspondence and files it. We wrote the tender the market bid on, led the product, and held the vendors to the result. Live. One view of the whole estate, and every ghost rental visible to the people paying for it.

A hundred thousand submissions arrived at once. Nobody could process them, and citizens were waiting.

A hundred thousand submissions arrived at once. Nobody could process them, and citizens were waiting.
What we ownedPut the right people in the right roles across government, fast, and put a country with high unemployment back to work.
Over 100,000 submissions in days, typed, scanned and handwritten, each one needing a decision. Reviewing them by hand meant months of silence. Citizens waited, and the government fell behind on its own promise.
We took all of that unstructured paper and put the strongest candidates for every role in front of the people doing the hiring, in two weeks, so interviews could start with the best first. Solved. Every submission read and ranked. Every hiring team empowered to move.

Become one of the most digitally advanced nations in the world, with citizens at the front of it.
What we ownThe question we started with: what would it take to be judged by how easy it is to be a citizen here?
Every government service had its own door: its own forms, its own queue, its own office to visit with half the paperwork. Citizens started over each time. Government staff answered the same questions in person, all day. The national plan had no step one.
A government concierge in every pocket. One front door for every citizen, whatever they need, with identity, forms and payments behind it. It is a multi-phase delivery across several vendors. We own the definition and the delivery, and we report to the person responsible for the national plan. In delivery. This is step one of everything else.

The head of government could not see whether the country’s projects were on track.
What we owned
The head of government could not see whether the country’s projects were on track.
What we ownedLeadership that can step in at the right moment, before a project is lost.
Each ministry reported on its own timeline, in its own format. By the time a late project reached the top, it was already late. Nobody had one view of everything the country was paying for.
We defined a national project tracking platform with the head of government’s office as its first user, led the product from the start, and ran delivery through to production, AI features included. Live. One view of every national project, and the chance to step in while it still matters.

How does a PR software company without a hundred million dollars in funding out-serve the giants?
What we ownedBe the company journalists and communicators prefer, against rivals with ten times the money.
Growth had stalled in a market the big players had settled into. AI was arriving, and nobody had turned it into something a PR team would use every day. The board’s answer was AI. The plan was still missing.
We started with the end user, what communicators and journalists actually want, and defined the product around that. We wrote the plan and led delivery of the first AI agent in the PR market, ahead of every incumbent. Solved. First to market, as the smallest company in the room.

Preparing to be acquired, with operating costs dragging down the price.
What we ownedHit the operating benchmarks an acquirer pays more for.
We followed the money. The importer’s system and the cold-storage warehouse’s system never agreed. A thousand cases would leave and a different number would arrive. Reports were checked by hand, regulatory holds meant hours on the phone, and missing stock was a cost nobody had added up.
We picked the one benchmark that moves the sale price, operating efficiency, and delivered the reconciliation and workflow layer between the two systems, with one view of every case from ship to shelf. Solved. Missing stock down 90%. Count accuracy from 80% to 99%.

One of the biggest consumer-goods companies in the world was about to walk. The renewal was at risk.
What we ownedKeep the customer the company was built around.
The platform had solved half of the customer’s problem, running campaigns, and left the other half open: finding the right people among a hundred million profiles. Without that, the platform was a tool. Tools get replaced.
We identified finding the right people as the problem worth solving, defined the product that made all hundred million profiles searchable, and led it through delivery. Solved. The customer stayed.
